At Mystic Aura Crystals, we take great care in selecting and packaging each piece with love and intention. Due to the natural and unique nature of crystals, please read our return policy carefully before purchasing.

🌿 Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
Please choose carefully, as each crystal is unique in shape, colour, and energy.

💎 Natural Variations

All crystals are natural products and may contain:

  • Inclusions
  • Colour variations
  • Natural markings

These are not considered faults but part of their natural beauty.

📦 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of:
    • The damaged item
    • Packaging (including postal box)

We will assess and offer:

  • Replacement (if available), or
  • Store credit / refund

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
